About Ourlio

Built by two parents who needed it to exist.

Ourlio began the day we found out we were going to be parents.

Two curious, careful people who wanted to do everything right for our daughter and it sent us down an exhausting chase through the internet, collecting unverified, unsolicited advice from every direction.

At every pediatric appointment, we saw good doctors working without the tools to give the continuous care they clearly wanted to give. No record of what had happened since the last visit. Parents trying to recall details from memory. Paper cards. Verbal recall. A message sent at 11pm because there was nowhere else for an urgent, ordinary question to go.

Then came the night that changed everything. Our daughter choked on her medicine. We did what any parent should in that moment got emergency help immediately.

But in the hours after, once she was safe, a different question wouldn't leave us. Not about that night specifically, but about every ordinary day since. Why, on a normal Tuesday, did her pediatrician still have no way to see what had happened since the last visit? Why did every appointment start from zero?

We aren't new to hard problems between us we've spent years building and running companies. But nothing we knew, and no system that existed, made that continuity possible. That's the night we stopped asking why the system worked this way, and started building the thing that should have already existed.

Two parents. One product built because our daughter deserved better, and so do the 24 million families having a baby in India every year.
