Each message is billed at the rate your doctor sets — anywhere from free to ₹500 — and the exact fee is always shown before you send. If your doctor accepts but doesn't reply within their committed window, you're fully refunded. It isn't an emergency service; it's for routine questions you'd otherwise visit or Google for.
